A small, working PHP script: a front controller that reads 301 and 302 redirects from an easy JSON file, supports exact paths and trailing-slash variants, logs hits per rule and falls back to a custom 404 page. Includes a README with install steps and security notes, and was linted and smoke-tested on PHP 8.3.
