The 2027 digital planners are hyperlinked PDFs: tap a tab to jump to a month or week, and tap the home icon to return.

Import the file

Open the PDF in a note-taking app that supports links, such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or Xodo. Choose “Import” rather than “Open in browser”.

Use the tabs

Month tabs run down the side. Each month page links to its weeks, and every page links back to the year overview.

Write without breaking links

Most apps have a read mode or a link tool. Switch to it when you want to jump around, and back to the pen to write.

Two styles are included, Classic and Minimal. Try both and keep the one that suits your handwriting.
